Volunteer Voices Sought!!
The "Therapy Choir," comprised of men and women recovering from Traumatic Brain Injuries, is seeking volunteer voices to join up with them. Good singing skills are not required.
The choir has been performing for schools, hospitals, and other rehabilitation centers since 1997. They are headquartered at Broe Rehabilitation Services in Farmington Hills, MI.
The Choir is a tour of hope and inspiration, giving education about prevention of trauma, free of charge. Every 21 seconds someone in the USA sustains a brain injury! The choir has recieved many awards and has accomplished many things.
You know, volunteerism has many rewards. The joy of helping others, being involved in community projects, and donating your time and yourself can be immesuarable. You can devote as much or as little time as you wish with the therapy choir.
